Refund policy
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit. The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit. Please contact us to start your return.
ITEM RETURN CONDITIONS:
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be be unworn, unwashed, not damaged
- Jewlery/Accessories are final sale.
- Bralettes are final sale.
- Pre-Orders are final sale.
- Body Suits are final sale.
- Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- All original tags must be attached.
Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving the item to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
